Shivajinagar...a place where culture,religion,and tradition is still alive.
A place where there is a mixture of different religions.
A place where each part smells differently.
A place which has different visions.
A place where mostly ll types of products could be found.
A place of worships and prayers.
Shivajinagar an incredible and invisible city.
Shivajinagar is an invisible city because people don't know about that place.This walk will surely introduce this area to people who are unawareof such an incredible place.
I have never thought Shivajinagar would be so mixed.By mixed I mean mixed religions, cultures, people. The 1st time I went to Shivajinagar it was tremendously large space.What I noticed was people are very humble and helpful. They are not at all rude.The people are so much busy in there work.They just don't waste time.During my later walks in shivajinagar I found out that the place is full of colours,textures,smells and people. I felt there is some king of energy at that place.
I had conversation with many people.I found out some stories on this place.I think these stories can help to introduce the place. I also thought of converting these stories into street plays and introducing this place in a different way.
While walking at Shivajanagar for the 1st time i found out that we don't know where to go,at some point of time we just get lost in the huge space.So I thought of creating a cube like a rubix cube not exactly a rubix cube .I cube which has only 3parts on each side and not 6 as in the rubix cube. This cube will contain different images of places in Shivajanagar. It would be like a cubic map of shivajinagar which will contain images,routes,texts etc.
