Informal Beauty

An informal city is one that forms itself. It requires no help or permission to set up. It sprouts up anywhere and everywhere. Shivajinagar to me is an informal city by itself. Almost the entire city is encroached upon by vendors and wholesalers. They put up their stalls and start to sell.
The beautiful thing about this system is that it is accepted by all who live there. It is looked at as a way of life and a mode of income instead of an encroachment of space.  The main attraction of Shivajinagar is this unofficial beauty of the street hawkers.  This has a been a system for years and hopefully many more to come.
