Breaking a Taboo?? Bad!!   (Taboo again)

My response after reading The City at its Limits was full of questions...Like, why is it that we are so much bothered about the society? Why can’t we do something which makes us happy? Of-course not transgression! Since taboo isn't a law it’s just what people think is not “Right”.

Daniella Gandolfo talks about the taboo which prevailed in Lima and how it affected the society and further the impact.

I see a Taboo to be the insecurities of the people who created it and their bad eye to the particular thing about which the taboo is. Not only in the earlier times but present also has the complex world of taboo existing. Particularly on the Indian grounds, where one can’t escape from this unreal world which is symbolic of the bounded thoughts.
A taboo not only relates itself to the narrowness of one’s mind but also carrying on forward nature to it. Everyone has experienced it somewhere or the other. The questions are endless and the answers are limited to this context of thinking which thrives in human mind and is as intricate as one can imagine
